I'm craeating a form to receive customer cases in JSM (Data Center), using the app:ProForma Lite: Forms & Checklists | Atlassian Marketplace
Notice that, users not logged in can't see the form
Is is a bug? or I have something wrong on my side?
Permittions are all set to (browse project, create issues...):
Service project customer - portal access
The portal is set: Anyone can raise a request on the customer portal or by email
Any help is welcome.
