Program Board [BETA] Issues creation

Hope all is well.

The Advanced Roadmaps toolset is really starting to come along, and my organisation is starting to use it in production now. I do have a question regarding issue creation in the Program Board. When you create an issue in the board you can only see it if there are no filters present on the board. When you create it with a filter it is no longer available to place on the program board. Can you make it so that it meets the filter requirements to be present on the board?
