Hi all!
I'm currently using a plugin in my Service Desk called Project Automation for Jira Service Desk and I'm having an error with the following rule:
When field value changed - Request particpants on Edit Issue
If Issue Type equals MyIssue
Then Send e-mail to Request participants.
One of those participants, previously added via another automation (so it isn't the one who triggers this automation) cannot receive the e-mail. Viewing the audit log I can see this, multiple times, for the same rule execution:
I searched this Atlassian user, if he ever entered the Service Desk and it did (so it has permissions and also entered).
Any ideas why that happened or how can be corrected?
PS: just to explain things better, I am interested in having the Customer Notification to send an auto e-mail once a request participant is added in a disable status (because other automations that when an issue is created they add several participants via Project Automation, but they don't want to receive e-mail spam), but I need to send an e-mail once a participant is added via issue edition.
