In Jira service desk, is it possible to view a collective report that represents data from all the projects? (Probably the Project name can be a user filter option)
Ex report 1: Number of issues raised in each project
Ex report 2: Number of open/pending issues in each project
P.S: I'm looking for this report where agents work in different projects. Do let me know if this scenario isn't applicable.
HI @Yamni R , you can create a dashboard for it. Do keep in mind that if you want to show servicedesk specific info (like SLAs) the user looking at the dashboard needs to have a servicedesk license (and needs browse access to all JSD projects on the dashboard).
If you only want to show the number of issues and number of open/pending issues then you don't need a JSD license, you only need project browse permissions.
A collective JSD report which spans multiple JSD projects is not possible. JSD specific reports are with multiple projects are not possible.
