Is it possible?
Currently you can pull information like name or description from an issue to be included in the approval notification for that issue. Can you pull information from a form within a request type to appear in this approval notification?
I would like to have enough information pulled into the notification email that the approver doesnt have to open to look at the ticket.
They are basically approving that their employee can request access to a certain application (from which is selected inside the form part of the request)

Currently you can add more content for the notifications you sent to approvers, just take a look here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-the-content-of-your-customer-notifications/
The specific Request Type is not available today to be included. In this case you can create a custom notification and send by Jira Automation.
