Push notifications are not working from mobile app.

Please see screenshot. Mobile app does have option for "New issues" under PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, but after testing this for my project, this does not send a push notification to my phone with the Jira app.

It does send me a regular notification in the app, and the device settings are not preventing this app from getting notifications at all. I also verified that under general settings in Jira that push notifications are included. The "Push notifications (Android, iOS)" setting is turned ON, but these notifications are not being pushed at all.
