We would like to put newest comments first at the top of our tickets with customers, instead of at the bottom as pictured. How can we do this?

This is currently not possible on the cloud. There is an open suggestion for Atlassian to make this configurable.

This is so sad 😭. I hope they add it soon - it looks like atlassian's tickets portal is arranged like this already.
