QUANDO MOVIMENTO O TICKT PARA A COLUNA CONCLUÍDO O CHAMADO PERMANECE EM ABERTO.

Não aparece a opção de adicionar uma resolução.

Como resolver isso?

Hi @Adam Douglas da Silva 

You will need to set a screen on all the transition to the status "FINALIZADOS".

On the screen the field "Resolution" needs to present or crete a "Post-Function on the all the transition to the status "FINALIZADOS". and use the post-function "update issues field", choose the field resolution and set a default resolution.
