We have been working on a customer portal that our customers will be using in the near future. Is there a way on the portal/confluence to show only the KBAs for the customer only? We would prefer that did not see the KBAs that the agents use.
I ran into the same issue. In the Confluence Space you are using for your Knowledge Base, you just need to change the access on the 'Agent Only' KBs.
As you're editing your 'Agent Only' (Internal KBs) click on the padlock before you publish. You can take away the access to 'Anyone else in this space' and then assign it to another group. I made a group for all the agents, and you can give them full access to that internal KB article.
