REST API Calls - JSD

Hey everybody,

we want to use a custom form to integrate with JSD Cloud and create Issues

In the documentation of the REST API I have seen this option. This would be fine:

- Is the REST API available in JSD Standard and also JSD Premier?
- Is an API Call counted in any way? So e.g. here it's noted, JSD Standard can only perform 500 Automation-Actions per month. Is an API Call e.g. counted as an Automation-Action?

- Is there anything specific to consider for this scenario?

There is no difference in the REST API between the standard and premium options.

API calls are not monitored any differently to UI access (in fact, a lot of the UI is made up of API calls to itself).  When counting Automation actions, it is the action that is counted, not how it is triggered.
