2 knowledge bases linked to our project, one we want customers to see and use and the other we mark internal to techs and not have the send the internal articles to customers. Theres no easy way to see that the internal ones are not customer facing
@Dennis Mattei Welcome to the Atlassian community
We run an external and internal knowledge base on our service desk. One of our confluence spaces that are linked to the service desk is locked down to only our agents. The agents all have confluence licenses and we just set the knowledge base to be viewable to only confluence users. The agents get additional recommendations or if they search can see additional items that the customers who do not have licenses are not able to see.
When I look at articles now they show the share icon or a pad lock. Which is awesome and almost solves my issue 100%
So it looks like following what Brant said will work and give this benefit. I will be picky and suggest that the pad lock/share icons are always visible and not just on hover, but its awesome.
