A team member unable to override on-call. He is part of the team/on-call rotation and he is not seeing override option. Checked his role and is same as the other users in the team. He is able to see the option in Opsgenie but not in JSM
Can someone please help?

Welcome to the community. Apologies if you have already checked this but It’s worth double checking if the user has a Jira Service Management Agent license. Users can be added to teams without one, which can lead to access errors like you described in JSM Operations/OpsGenie
