We have cloud JSM Premium and I am following this article (Update holidays of all JSM project's calendars via Rest API)
but am falling over on step 3!

I tried on my instance and it seems working (https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/update-holidays-of-all-jsm-projects-calendars-via-rest-api/).
Please check that you have "Calendar Administrators" permissions in Global Permission.
