I am wondering if there is a way to change the default preview items when users launch the embedded widget. Ideally I would like to list out all the different ticket types as well as some learn about items when users click on the question mark icon. I've included a mock up of what it currently looks like vs. what I am able to do.
Yes, you can. For each of your JSM projects - Go to Project settings >> Portal settings and then create one or more Portal groups. Each group is essentially a container of related Request Types forms where you can assign your request type form to each appropriate groups.
Take a look at this reference link - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/organize-request-types-into-portal-groups/
Example in one of our JSM projects, we created 4 different groups, and this is what the users see in the portal UI -
When users click on any of those groups, it will then present them a list of request types forms for case submission.
Hope this helps.

HI @Joseph Chung Yin - I was wondering how I could do this in the widget. I am able to do this in the help center, but want users to be aware of all the ticket types when they open up the widget in our UI. Is this something that is possible?
