We have several products and I have a created a service desk project for each product.
Some of my agents are limited to just specific projects. Can this be done. I have seen some articles but I keep getting to a point where the button or link for the next step is nowhere to be found. I am on standard version but still in the trial period. and my projects are Next gen (which is maybe my mistake)
Any help would be appreciated.

What are your settings under Project Settings - Access? If it is set to Open, all users have access to the project. You can set to Private to restrict the users that can see the project, but then you'll have to define the individuals or groups that need access.
Your comment about Next gen may not be off base, as there is more flexibility in Classic project permissions.
