I have multiple projects in my JIRA SM and when i go to my help portal, settings, customize topics and portals my main project is not available to be added to the help center. It doesn't even show up as an option. I have the portal as external customers can access it's as public as it ca be setting wise but still won't show up as an option to be displayed in the help center for customers to access it.
Hi Jeffrey,
If you're still struggling with this issue, can you please let your site admins know to reach out to us about this?
You can contact us on this page https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
We'd love to take a look further and see what's going on for you.
Check the permissions for customers on your project, via
https://<instance-name.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<project-key>/settings/customer-permissions
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Have you check your project's Customer's permission setup - This is where you can control who can see the projects/request forms in the portal.
Please let me know of your findings.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi @Jeffrey Murray ,
Welcome!!
Based on the permission level of product admin, you should be able to add it to the help portal. It maybe hidden and you need unhide it.
