Hello,
I am still new to Jira and working with Insight/Assets. What I would like to do is when a "New Employee" request is submitted via my service desk portal, I would like to add this person as an object in my Employees schema in Assets.
Then, I would be able to link all the related onboarding tickets to this Employee Object and find everything related to this person.
I've looked online and I just can't find the solution to being able to ADD OBJECTS to ASSETS from Jira tickets.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ideally you would do this via an automation like this:
However, there are no smart values for form fields yet so you can use this in your automation.
There's a feedback case logged to have this functionality added though so I would suggest voting for it but its not on the roadmap.
