Add message to attachemnt field according to value of a custom field

Hi, I want to add a dowload link underneth the attachment field according to the value of a custom field.

Lets say I have a select list custom filed. If the user chooses value A I want the google likn to be avaible. If the user chooses value B I want to chatgpt link to be seen.

I am using cloud. Is this possible?

The location to show is JSM portal?
If so (based on question tags) - You can achieve this using Forms; wherein the section would be condition based as of the custom field selection.
