Add request participants in cc for outgoing mails

Hello,

when i answer a request via comment, the customer and the request participants each receive an email, without knowing that the other received one as awell.

How can i tell JSD to add the request participants to CC when i answer a request.

@Alexander Bauer as far as I know, that's not possible to configure, specially on cloud.
