Nothing just works with Atlassian software. Here's another task that should take 10 minutes but instead is an hour of trial and error.
I set up a support email in Google Suite and I want to add it as the support email to a JSM project. I know how to navigate to do that, but when I click the Continue with Google button to select it as the email type, I get an error message that says "Resource was not Found". This happened last time I did this, and I think I logged into that Google account and then was able to add it? Not sure - and if I log into the new google account, how can I still work in my Atlassian account. Anyway, if anyone knows what the answer is, that would be great.
