Adjust Bulk Filter in e-mail handler

How do you configure (or even turn off, or forward to another e-mail) the SD Bulk Filter? All of the e-mails it is catching and preventing from turning into tickets are not actually spam, and it is causing my team to miss critical customer requests.

I'm also having problems with the SD Bulk Filter rejecting emails I want to receive. Has anybody figured out this?

I have the same problem. Simple mail without any Precedence or Auto-Submitted header is classified as bulk.

An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server
"iadmin Jira" using the handler "class com.atlassian.jira.plugins.mail.handlers.CreateOrCommentHandler".

The error was:

"Forwarding email with bulk delivery type."
------------------------
