Alerts for Asset management App

Hello,

Is it possible to set alerts for asset management app if an asset is changed or updated? I see alerts for date of purchase and warranty expiration but no ability to select different fields.

Are you using Insight for your Asset management?  If so, you could set up Automations to examine those object attributes and notify accordingly.

Hello, We currently are not. These assets are manually loaded and just want to create a notification to the team if a field is changed on an item.

if you use STAGIL Assets for asset management you can use 

1. default Jira notifications,
2. default Jira filter subscription notification,
3. custom notifications from any Jira notification app.

You can write the support via support@stagil.com to get a free demo.

The core concept is that you use issues for your asset management and not a new alien entitiy.
