All service desk customer notification emails start with a line

Hi there,

I noticed every email sent to our customers from JIRA Service Desk cloud start with a line in both HTML and plain text formats, and I'm unable to find a way to remove such annoying line (see screenshot below).

There is a way to remove such line, or is this a bug?

Hi @Nicholas Fiorentini 

This can be usually removed by editing the template (not the customer notifications). Of course you have to be on a paid plan
