No.

Since attachments can be anything (pictures, word docs, spreadsheets, PDFs, logs, etc.) and the attachments are just stored in the file system, there is no feasible way currently to parse each attachment in the file system. Jira would have to open each file in the appropriate program to open it and then search the file. Again, not technically feasible.
