I was hoping someone could tell me how to edit the columns in the requests section on the customer portal.
I found this link, but it doesn't tell me how to edit the columns. With that being said, is it possible to edit the columns? - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/view-requests-in-the-help-center-968670099.html
At the moment, the columns are "Type, Reference, Summary, Status, Service desk, Requester"
I would like to use some of the fields from the request type.

Unfortunately you cannot configure this out of the box with Jira.
You will find a number of Apps on the Marketplace that will enhance the functionality of the Help Centre, although personally I have no experience of these apps.
