Referring to this new feature:
Whenever a ticket status is changed, Agents are now getting a small popup notifying them of the change: is there a way to control this behaviour or any modify the pop-up at all?
Cannot see anything in the change announcements, but appears to have been implemented from 26th July '24.

This was a tough one to find, but it is controlled in Opsgenie. Here is a link to turn off the notifications.
But, if you're wanting more than just a "light switch," and want to customize your alert behavior, this video explains it really well. Head to 1:45 in the video and you'll see the panel where your instructions start. The voice over explains exactly how she made the notification you're wanting to customize appear at about 2:30.

I've just discovered same issue as @Cam Toolstation Admin , but we do not use OpsGenie at all. But I had notification about OpsGenie will "merge" with Jira Service Management, I guess it's related...
Looks like a but to me and no idea how to remove this annoying notifications.
