I can't open any issues in Jira Cloud. I get: "We couldn't connect to that issue"

Anyone else experiencing this issue? When I try to report it to support the support page reads:

Support Service Connection Issue

There may be an issue reaching our backend service. This could result in your form submission failing to create a support ticket.
