Dear All
So my team is reviewing our queue in our service management and found an issue that is reported by a user named "Jira Spreadsheet"
I tried to check who that is but can't found any details, tried to "manage access" only to be redirected to an error page
Attached the screenshots, the first one is the related issue, the second is the view when focused on the name with a mouse over, the last is when try to "view profile"
For the record, I only have 2 apps installed from the market, Exalate and JIRA Toolkit Plugin
Any explanation would be helpful, Thank you
Alright, this is odd. The user is clearly from an app, as it says in your 2nd screenshot from the original post. So maybe let's check the apps again.
Please click on the settings (right-hand topside) and then click on "Apps". On the left-handside bar please select "Manage Apps" and then make sure you're filtering for all apps (not just user-installed).
Does the App Jira Spreadsheets show up? If you scroll completely down the list, you will see the button "Audit Log", where you can check who installed the App. If it's not possible to determine, I suggest deleting the App and waiting to see who's missing it.
Best wishes,
Mara
Hello @Mara _bitvoodoo ag_
Following your suggestion, found the "Jira Spreadsheets". Any idea why it reports an issue or issuing one in our service desk customer portal?

Hi!
I'm glad I could help finding the issue. However, unfortunately, I am not able to tell why it occured since I am not familiar with Jira Spreadsheets.
Is it possible to delete the App? If not, maybe you can click on the button "Watch App" (see your most recent screenshot), and then you can get a notification when a trigger happens.
Let me know if it worked,
Mara

Hello @JAGADIRI IT Department
To me, it seems like this was an automated request. Are you using Spreadsheets that may activate a certain URL?
I'm not entirely sure how it looks like in the Free Plan you're using, but try to click on the JSM Settings > User Management and find this user. You should see when it got created, this may help.
Best regards,
Mara

Hello @Mara _bitvoodoo ag_,
Have tried that but found no one with that name, in full name search or first name or last name.
Regards
