Approval process

Hi,

Good Day, 

i have a question about the approval automation, hope i will get the answers here from the experts.

We have created a approval work flow for the user's to get approval from the HOD in a particular organization if they raise a ticket for service request with approvals from the, 

now we want to create a automation for the HOD's, like if the HOD raises an service request with approvals it should go to the Head of the HOD's , how to do it?

i have created a organization with the HOD's and created a HOD Head group and added the hod head ID in the group, but the approval goes to the same HOD in the organization if he raises a service request with approvals.

Please guide me  how to do it...

Are you looking at multiple approvals for the same Request?

@Ajay Emmanuel , we created the multiple approvals already, but now i want to create a automation for an HOD who is an approver already in a organization, i have created the same automation for that like created a organization with all head of the departments in it and created a approver group with the head (CMD) of the HOD's, now if a hod creates a ticket the approval goes to him only not to the head (CMD) of the hod's, i am wondering how to do it correctly.
