Approver Notifications

Greetings!

I'm trouble-shooting why the Approver on our Change Management project isn't getting notified that they must approve the ticket.  

Under Customer notifications, I can see "Approval Required" option that seems ready to go.  Where else might I look?

If the other notifications are working you may check either,

  1. Approval notification configuration should have Approvers in To field.
  2. In your workflow you might have Get approvers from field different field than Approvers
