Hello everyone,
A have issue with Assignee Notification when ticket is assigned to anyone.
In the section Project setting - Notification i have rule about notification(see screen below)
but when i assignee ticket to specific person he doesn`t receive email notification that ticket was assignee to him.
How can i resolve this issue?

Yes i have the same as you showed on screenshot but lately for all projects i stopped receiving email notification about creating new issue in project even though i am administrator and i have rules in notification section
May be from Jira Atlassian side have been made some changes

This is issue with notification was from our email server side.
Our email server blocked these notification.
Now everything is ok, Many thanks for support.
