Atlassian Assist > Slack - not working when I click on "add to Slack"...

I wanted to add Atlassian Assist to Slack - but I keep getting redirected to an other Atlassian URL when I click on "add to Slack"... any ideas?

Hi @Mandeep Chana , before heading to the Virtual Agent settings, go straight to the 'Chat' section in project settings. That is the place for the settings relating to the slack integration. You will need to connect your slack instance and then use the /add command on slack and choose Assist. You will need to not be a Guest member on slack for this to work. 

Please try the above and let me know if you have any other questions. I have successfully setup Atlassian Assist with Slack a few times so I will be able to troubleshoot this for you.
