My automation didn't work properly. Can anybody assist and see what is going wrong? Details below. Thanks in advance!
We had a ticket raised on Sunday 20th October at 14:41 (BST) and it was a 'High' priority. The expectation is that it should NOT have transitioned to 'In Progress' but it did? If tickets that are either 'Highest' or 'High' and are raised Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm then we want it to automatically change the status to 'In Progress'. If not between this date/time, we don't want anything to happen.

Look at this article: Use Jira Automation to take certain actions on the tickets created during off-hours or weekends.
It's a different approach, but with some adjustments, it could work.
