Hi,
I have set up automation rules in Jira service desk. For example one is if the customer has not responded to a helpdesk in 5 days an email goes out to the customer to take a note of this.
The issue is that when these emails go out they show that they come from me.
Is there a way where i can change it so it shows that is shows that it came from the project or a different user?

I assigned to a user. is there a way I can assign it show the project name shows? or does it have to be a user?
