Automatic Sales and Data Transfer No Longer Working

Hello everyone,

For the past few days, an important process in our company has stopped working, and i'm hopping you can help me figure it out. our company has a syste that manages the automatic sale and transfer of data tu customers. when the customer purchases data through our website, this information is automatically recorded in our ticket system and then forwarded to the customer via email.

However, this process has stopped working for the past few days. the data is no longer being reccorded in the ticket system, nor is it being forwarded to customers. We've already performed some basic check but we haven't been able to identify the root cause of the issue.

the System has been working smoothly until now.

there have been no major changes to the api or website and the ticket system. the connection between the web site and the ticket system appears to be intact.

Has anyone here experienced the similar issue before? Are there potential causes we might be overlooking? or do you have any tips on how we can systematically narrow down and resolve the problem?

Is there any way you can manually test your flow with some debug logging on? This could be plethora of things to be honest.

How exactly are your systems/is your website integrated with Jira? Do you use an API call or is it with an email handler?

If it's an email handler i'd say just send an email manually to the address/check the mailbox.

If it's an API call, try any other call with the same api token from something like Postman/Curl/...
