Hi,
Is it possible to set up Jira Sevice Desk so a Tempo account is added to the issue automatically based on the reporter/customer/organization? Would be very useful.

Hi -
Do you have any plugins like Scriptrunner, JMWE, JSU or Automation for Jira? You may be able to accomplish with post functions.
Regards,
Hi Christian,
There are couple of things that JSD automation can help with, but not sure if it addresses your case.
Basically, you can configure automation rules in Jira Service Desk to "alert" a certain user if condition matches.
Say, you can have a rule where JSD is checking created issues and if customer/organization/request = X, then do Y.
So action Y doesn't have "add participant", however you can alert a user or add a comment that would mention "tempo".
Let me know if this is something you are after.
Regards,
Vasily

Hi,
I don't understand what you mean. The support reporter is connected to an organization in the service desk. My question is how I link the organization with the account/customer in the tempo integration? Don't want to set this manually for each ticket.

@Christian Stenberg , did you manage to solve this issue? We are also trying to set an account automatically based on the reporter/customer/organization/work group with no success so far.
