Here is my automation:
Objective:
IF an agent selects "Yes" option from a proper field, THEN Look for ongoing Incidents AND Link the issue to the found Incident. FOR Current Issue comment with the last comment from the Incident issue.
Problem:
Everything works besides adding the comment. I tried with {{lookupIssues.comments.last. body}} and with ordinary {{lookupIssues.comments.body}}. All of these methods take ALL comments from the Incident and paste them as one in the comment section of the desired issue.
Q:
Do you know any reliable method to transport comments from one issue to another? I'm currently working around this issue through additional automation run from the Incident (basically for linked issues I count how many comments there are, and if there is less than 1 comment, I populate issues with a comment- for obvious reasons this solution is not perfect)
Hi!
By means of an app I know that Elements C&S does this:

Jeroen
Thanks for the mention @Jeroen Poismans !
I see you're on Cloud @Jarosław Kaczmarek , so for issues that are already linked where you would like to synchronize information between them (like comments), you can see how to do it with Elements Copy & Sync Synchronization recipes here: https://doc.elements-apps.com/copy-and-sync-jira-cloud/app-configuration/synchronization-recipes
