Hello everyone,
I'm trying to setup an automation so when a reporter answers to a resolved issue, the automation can put the issue back to a "waiting for support" status.
```Destination status could not be resolved. If using a smart-value ensure this resolves to a numeric status ID or untranslated name for issues (with current status):LAAIPDESK-3276 (Resolved - 5)```
The worflow allows an issue to go from resolved to waiting for support.
What am I missing ?
