I want to react on a change in a custom field with Jira ServiceDesk Automation. I didn't find a trigger for that.

Currently, the only trigger that we have related to a change on an issue is "Status changed".

If you want that an automation runs when the value of a field changed, you can use the add-on Automation Lite for Jira. This version is free, so you can test and if it works for you, you can buy the full version.
