Automation rule for sharing issue

Hello community.

Can I ask for help?

I made a project for customers for bussines traveling. I put na custom field "traveler" (user picker field).

How can I made a automation rule: "When issue created, and field "treveler" is not a reporter, then share issue with user from field traveler".

Thats what I made:

I got stuck towards the end on how to share with a person from the "traveler" field.

Please help :)

Hi @Jakub Szymański

In order to achieve this behavior, you will need to use a Smart Value as the value to be added on request participants. It would look something similar to the below image:

To do so, start typing {{ and then type the complete field id and property. By the end, click on the smartvalue option.

I think the above shall work for your rule:

So when issue is created and reporter is not equal to the value of the traveler (note: adapt my customfield with yours. Let me know if you need help with that.), send email (i used the latter as just a notification means but you can choose whatever you would like.
