Automation to copy user from custom field to request participants

I would like to copy the user indicated in the dedicated field to the request Participants field using automation. Do you have any ideas on how to write this?

This works for me.

1. In the last step of your automation, click "COPY"

2. Copy the value of the "Programista PWC" custom field from the current issue. You can toggle the "Add to existing values" option depending on your use case.
