Given this filter:

project = SPC AND issuetype = Support AND status in (Monitoring, Open, Reabierto, "Waiting for customer", "Waiting for DEV", "Waiting for partner", "Waiting for support") order by created DESC

I obtain the total issues not resolve right now. How could I measure this in a chart or any way that allow me get this info per day or per week?

I tried through project reports but only return the new issues per day.

Thanks in advance

Keep that filter saved and you can create a Dashboard and load it up with a few Gadgets. A few that come immediately to mind are:

  • Average Age chart
  • Created vs Resolved
  • 2 Filter Dimensions

There are probably a few others that I’m missing off the top of my head that might help your specific used case, but that is the general direction you should be head for more customized and live reporting.
