Awesome Custom Fields Jira - free app - has anyone used it?

Hello,

I'm vetting this add-on "Awesome Custom Fields Jira" - has anyone else used it and if so, what is your feedback?  

I would like to use it on my production instance because I like the idea of the phone number field validation and the cascading picklist field.

But,I tried to install it on my sandbox for vetting and it's not working.  You can add the app, add the fields, configure the field with data and associate it to screens... and then *poof!* the field literally goes away. Like 10 seconds. Goes away. No history of it anywhere on my sandbox.  I have noticed that many of these add-ons don't seem to work on sandbox.

If anyone has any feedback on this add-on, I would love to hear it. Thank you!!

I agree with @Max Foerster - K15t  would be good to know - though another similar that I tested some time back and found very useful was https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225290/custom-field-suite-powerful-custom-field-types-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview 

I am not one to criticise either as I have not tried the one you suggested but worth a check.

Yes, thank you.  We use Custom Field Suite now.  But I'm really looking or a phone number formatting tool and CFS does not have that yet.
