What is the recommend way for managing your backlog of items in service desk , similar to moving items up and down in a traditional Jira software project?

Managed to created a board in my software project that pulled in the service desk tickets via filter
There is no such thing as managing drop down issues in Jira Service Management.
The best way to visualize the backlog in JSM projects is by creating Queues and configuring JQL's for filtering the issues you want to see inside these queues.
By default, JSM projects already bring some queues for issue sampling, you can use them to create other queues with the JQL filter you prefer.
