I am a site admin for a new cloud based JIRA service desk instance.
For soem reason when I go to view any of the customer portal elements to see what they look like I am presented with a blank screen?
Others are able to see it and post questions etc........
Are you using IE to do this by chance? Thats the only time I ever catch this complaint on my own Customer portal.
