Just a quick question.
The Jira Service Management Board is no longer visible in the Top left bar. of our Jira Service Management project
Is there a reason that could explain it ? A priori, no change was done on our side ? How can we have it back ?
I confirm the Board can still be accessed via the URL.

Did you check the Project Settings > Features to see if the Board has been turned off?

Have you tried clicking on the current selected board "KP HelpDesk"? A dropdown should appear where you can search/click for another board. Then you may select the old board.
