Hi there - writing to report a bug wherein if I create a JSM ticket and add screenshots to it, then create a linked issue in another project (Jira), the screenshots from the original JSM ticket do not get persisted (they say "preview unavailable").

I am trying to understand how you did it and what is happening - I have replicated this on my test instance and this is what I see.
When I go and click on the link issue it will route me to the Jira Software project and I have the option to click on preview and it will show me the JSM issue including the attachment.
In your case - can you share a screenshot of what is happening?
Based on my test - the attachment will only be made available in the original ticket but not the linked ticket.
