Hello!
We are utilizing Jira Service Desk as our one stop for customers to get all the support they need. They are currently accessing this through a button on our UI then being redirected to Jira Service Desk. Unfortunately, they will need to sign in using a different login to get to the support desk. Is there a way we can allow our clients to bypass the Jira sign on all together so they don't need to login twice?
