Hi,
Is there a way to customize the CSAT? Meaning, can we add more questions to the survey according to our specific needs? We'd like to know how satisfied the customers are in terms of quality as well as time for example since this will better help us in reporting and analyzing data.

Unfortunately, the CSAT is only one question.

One other option is to look at the marketplace apps to see if something there suits your requirements. I have done a search for you under the search term "surveys" and there are a number of options listed here.
The other option to consider is a using forms tool like ProForma Lite which allows you to build your own questionnaire in a form. This is a free app that gives you up to 3 forms. Y
It allows you to build forms in a Confluence-like editor and these forms can be automatically added to an issue on a workflow transition, for instance when the issue is marked done.
