Does anyone know how I can automatically call a mobile number or send a text message to a mobile whenever a client creates a critical incident ticket in the portal?
I would like to be able to configure this so that it actively monitors and calls/texts the mobile during certain hours and for only P1/P2 Incidents.
This is possible in other ITSM tools but doesn't appear to be possible in JSD.
As far as i know there is Opsgenie that is a Atlassian product

Would anyone be able to confirm if the product is actually licensed based on the number of users of Jira Service Desk (Cloud version) or more specifically the number of users who are configured for receiving alerts in OpsGenie itself?

Licensed per user who can log into the portal, which also means who can receive alerts. So you do not need to licensed every JSD user, just the ones who will use Opsgenie.
